Okay, can we all stop to talk about this thing called Muesli? So light, crunchy, filling, and delicious.

I like oatmeal. Sometimes I don’t want it hot. I tried overnight oats once and I found it a bit thick.

Enter this method! I only soaked the oats for about 5 minutes–in water! Regular rolled oats–not instant!


I made it with strawberries and peaches. I have not tried it with the apple yet. Also I did not have the condensed milk, just used maple syrup instead.

Sliced almonds are a very nice addition, as are Chia seeds or hemp hearts.
