Up at the crack of 7am today!

I met some Canadian friends at the trail to do a couple easy walk/run miles this mornin’.

My run groups have come to an end now and the B2B is on Sunday.

Lunch will be roasted veggies with feta and pasta.

Golden beets
fennel
peppers
carrots
zucchini

All tossed up with olive oil, spices, and looooove. 😛

I put a sweet potato in there too for my little sweet potato.

Time to go stir my pasta.

I have a walk with another friend this afternoon and a run tonight with some gal pals.
