Gran and I had a blast the other night learning how to stuff our own sausages. Yep, we ground the meat, spiced it up and stuffed them good!

We made pesto, spicy, and garlic-ginger. It was quite the experience. 25 pounds of meat takes a while to process! Vegetarians beware.:)

This was with my Mother’s group. We are doing a cooking coop. Get together. Make food. Take it home and share with your family. Yummy!
