Cooked up to perfection in my trusty rice cooker…

PANETTONE OATS
1 cup of oats
2 cups water
lemon zest
orange zest
cinnamon
anise seed~crushed
salt
raisins
craisins

TOPPING
1 Tbsp almond butter
1/2 Tbsp maple syrup

I mixed the syrup into my almond butter and positioned the blob right on top. Love!
Ever since meeting my husband I have fallen in love with Panettone, and him too. 🙂
I first had it at his Grandma’s house in Vancouver. GO CANADA! 🙂

I thought I would transform the superb italian bread flavors into oats.
SUCCESS!
