This Bean Burger was inspired by the one and only KERF.

They turned out really good but next time I would add a few more red pepper flakes for some more heat.

On a night when you don’t have that many ingredients this one is a winner. I always have beans in my pantry. I used black beans for these.

Served with extra pickles and Tillamook cheese.

On the side I made a quick potato salad.
I added in some lemon juice and zest to wake up the flavors a bit too.
