Dinner tonight was unlike your usual pasta dish. We baked up some spaghetti squash and used it for noodles. Have you guys tried this yet?
It was sooo good. It actually felt like I was eating a big plate of noodles.

For the sauce I cooked up some~ garlic, onions, mushrooms, olive oil, s&p, italian spices, and diced tomatoes.
The cheese on top really made the dish stand out. It was Tillamook extra sharp white cheddar cheese.
I will make this one again!
