Hello! Welcome to my blog. I’m Jill, a 32 year old gal that has been transplanted to California from Canada. I like to eat yummy food and go on adventures with my main squeeze Mikey and our toddler. This blog is pretty much about those random moments. Enjoy!

Hi there! Thanks for entering my giveaway
Your blog caught my eye because I have recently moved to the Cupertino area as well! Gosh, I wish it were sunnier, don’t you?!

Yes–sun would be great. These hurricane like winds are bad for the hair

Hi Jill! Where from Canada do you come from? We’re originally from Victoria, BC.
And from the looks of all the running photos on your blog, it would be me that couldn’t keep up with you! I’m not much of a runner but am unfortunately training for a half marathon.
So if you’re looking for a pitiful running partner (uh…10 minute miles with a 4-mile maximum), than I’m your gal!

I’m from Powell River, B.C and Mikey is from Victoria. I believe are hubbies work together!
Let’s go for a run sometime!

Oh!! Ok, I’m with you now! I thought it might be the same “Mikey”! I’m totally game for a run — just have to figure out my freakin’ knees as they’ve been acting up again…any tips on aching knee joints much appreciated! Right now, I get about 4 miles and they start swelling. But today it was 2 miles and I had to stop. >:| SO frustrating when your cardiovascular health is still up for running but your joints are not! Grrrr.
