I met a new friend in the hood who lives a hop, skip, and a jump from me. Today we carpooled to the Y at 5:15am! We owned the early morning spin class. 20 miles with imaginary hills. Wow-it was intense, but fun.
The swimming portion of my group has been very refreshing. It’s nice to do a different exercise and stretch different muscles. We swam 1750 yards on Monday morning at 5:30am. Yes, I’m turning into a crazy early morning person. Well, I have always been a bit crazy.
I’m happy to report that my IT band seems to be behaving itself. I have been icing it and foam rolling it nearly every day. This has helped immensely.

So for now, get out there and walk, bike, stretch, run, swim, hobble, spin, or hike people!
It will make you feel better all day long.

Sooooo super cool!!!! I’m very excited for you!! I got up early with the tot and we went for a brisk 2.5 mile walk….
