I don’t know about you guys, but this whole Christmas cookie and chocolate season is just over the top. I have already had WAY too much sugar. It does not make me feel very good.
To counteract this sugar coma haze I whipped up a green monster. Blending spinach always makes me feel healthier.
IN THE MIX
spinach
almond milk
banana frozen
cocoa powder unsweetened
vega pro powder
And for tomorrow, I am off to the Y for a morning workout.
I did run/walk a 5km jingle jog today but until I foam roll my IT band it will not get better. My leg hurt the whole time-DOH!
Time to up the water and exercise intake.
How about you guys? Are you remembering to stay active?

I agree that it’s been a little over the top. I too have had too much sugar. I was thinking last night that enough was enough. My body doesn’t feel good

I’m so sorry you have a bum leg!!!! Foam roll the crap out of it, will ya!? I need you!!!!! I am not remembering to stay very active….I am actively eating tons of sugar as well….and my pants are getting tight(er). I will move it to lose it…starting……soon?

Haha…I actually think I left an ingredient out of one of the recipes…they just tasted ‘off’…but I’m really not sure since I’m not really a ‘baker’. Enjoy this rainy day!!
